Well, fall baking is my favorite, but i have decided to explore the world of baking with apples, and what better time to do it then when my very dear friend had a baby!!
These Carmel-Apple Cheesecakes were a delicious way to celebrate the autumn flavors and make the house smell delicious.
It was a fairly simple recipe, courtesy of one, RR.
The carmel apple part is butter, sugar and apples....
It's cream cheese and a little sugar....
With a cookie crumb crust, layer the apples and cream cheese...
Top with candied nuts (i used pumpkin seeds). and Voila!
